1 Acceptance & Consent

2 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use services at n999, you must meet the following conditions:

You must not have had a previous account at n999 closed or suspended.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may open only one account at n999. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential.
You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

Financial Transactions

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on n999 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support only the following payment methods:

bKash — Mobile Banking
Nagad — Mobile Banking
Rocket — Mobile Banking
Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

Minimum Amounts: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (per method). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. After a withdrawal request is approved, funds are generally sent within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Before processing a withdrawal request, n999 may ask for identity verification documents. We reserve the right to notify legal authorities in cases of suspicious transactions.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

The welcome bonus currently available at n999 is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000, and a 15x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus — making your total balance ৳2,000. Bonus wagering: ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

The welcome bonus may be claimed only once per person, per household, per device, or per IP address.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as real money — only winnings earned after completing the wagering requirement are withdrawable.
n999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.
n999 reserves the right to close accounts where evidence of bonus abuse is found.

6 VIP Program

The n999 VIP program has four tiers, which are determined automatically based on player activity:

Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Players can gradually advance to higher tiers through consistent activity. VIP benefits may change at any time and n999 reserves the right to modify them without prior notice.

Prohibited Activities

7 Fair Use Policy

All members of n999 are expected to use the platform honestly and fairly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Using fraud, manipulation, or any form of deceptive strategy.
Playing games using bots, automated software, or any kind of script.
Knowingly exploiting any technical error or bug for personal gain.
Colluding with other players to win through dishonest means.
Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
Harassing or displaying offensive behavior toward other users.
Attempting to breach or damage the platform's security systems.

Warning: If evidence is found of involvement in any of the prohibited activities above, n999 may immediately close the account, forfeit all balances, and take legal action if necessary.

8 Right to Suspend Platform or Close Accounts

n999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

Any violation of these terms and conditions.
Discrepancies or suspected fraud in identity or payment information.
Instructions from legal authorities or as required by a regular audit.
Extended periods of account inactivity.

Before an account is closed, n999 will determine whether your balance is withdrawable and will attempt to return any legitimate balance.
